We believe that the quality and reliability of our service depends on all of our performing to your expectations and where possible exceeding them. To achieve this we place a high importance on recruiting the highest calibre staff, then investing in their training and welfare.
To maintain our standards all our staff must have a valid SIA licence, have been trained to a high standard in the industry, and will receive additional site specific training. Our Supervisor's and manager's will routinely visit each client's site in order to review the officer's performance and appearance.
All of our officer's are subject to a code of conduct and failure to uphold this code would lead to disciplinary and corrective measures being implemented.
